摘要 随着物联网技术的不断提升,产品的检测系统正向无线,智能化发展,在此背景下设计了一种基于物联网的陶瓷制品缺陷检测系统。该系统使用基于ARM11的REAL6410开发板作为嵌入式平台,并搭载ZC301工业级摄像头以及GPRS模块,在工控机上使用Qt进行图形界面开发,接收采集到的实时产品缺陷图像,通过灰色理论算法进行缺陷识别。该无线缺陷检测系统可以陶瓷制品缺陷图像进行实时有效地识别,成本较低,易于组网,可扩展性强,运行稳定,具有较高的实用价值。 With the development of the Internet of things technology(IOT), product testing system is being developed towards wireless and intelligentization. A defect detection system of ceramic products based on IOT was designed On this background. It was used the REAL6410 development board based on ARM11 as the embedded platform, meanwhile equipped with ZC301 industrial grade camera and GPRS module. Then the Qt was used to the graphic interface development in the industrial control computer, receiving the collected product defect image, identifying the defects through grey thoery algorithm. This wireless defect detection system can effectively identify the defect images of ceramic products in real time. It has virtues of easy networking at lower cost, strong extendibility, operation stability and highly practical value.
