摘要
以石英、粘土等为主要原料制备了高硅质瓷。采用单因素试验法,考察不同含量的长石、石英粒度和烧成温度对试样的弯曲强度的影响。利用XRD、SEM等测试手段对样品进行了表征,测试结果表明:当长石用量为8wt%,选用D50为12.82μm石英粉料,烧成温度为1320℃时,制备试样的弯曲强度最大为118.2 MPa,试样白度为79.2。
The high silica porcelain was prepared by the method of single factor experiment using quartz,clay as the main raw materials. The influence of the feldspar content,grain size of quartz and firing temperature on bending strength of samples was studied. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and the results showed that when the feldspar was 8wt%, grain size of quartz D50 was 12.82 μm and firing temperature was 1320 ℃, the bending strength of high-silica porcelain body reached highest blending strength(118.2 MPa) and the whiteness is 79.2.
