凤膏辅助治疗术后三阴性乳腺癌40例报道

Application Value of Fenggao in the Use of Three- negative Breast Cancer after Operation.

目的：探讨凤膏辅助治疗术后三阴性乳腺癌的临床应用价值。方法：将我院2012年12月~2015年5月收治的80例三阴性乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,所有的患者均接受正规手术治疗及术后辅助放化疗。观察组患者在此基础上加用凤膏治疗,对照组患者单纯接受手术与放化疗治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者复发转移时间及复发转移部位。结果：观察组复发转移18例,对照组复发转移31例,复发转移时间具体分为小于等于24个月、大于25个月小于35个月、以及大于等于36个月,其中观察组患者局部复发的有5例,肺转移10例,骨转移1例,肝转移2例;对照组患者局部复发的有9例,肺转移15例,骨转移3例,肝转移4例。结论：凤膏辅助治疗术后三阴性乳腺癌可有效减少患者病情复发转移时间及复发转移部位,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the application value of Fenggao in the use of three-negative breast cancer after operation. Methods： 80 patients with three-negative breast cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. All the patients received regular surgical treatment and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. After three months＇ treatment, the recurrence and metastasis of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： In the observation group, 18 cases had recurrence and metastasis, while 31 cases had recurrence and metastasis in the control group. The time of recurrence and metastasis was divided into less than 24 months, more than 25 months, less than 35 months, and more than 36 months. In the observation group, there were 5 cases with local recurrence, 10 cases with pulmonary metastasis, 1 case of bone metastasis, and 2 cases with liver metastasis, while in the control group, 9 cases with local recurrence, 15 cases with pulmonary metastasis, 3 cases with bone metastasis, and 4 cases with liver metastasis. The time of disease recurrence and metastasis in the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group. Locations of disease recurrence and metastasis of the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group. Conclusion：Fenggao in the use of three-negative breast cancer after operation can effectively reduce the time of recurrence and metastasis and improve the clinical application value. It is worth being used and popularized.
