摘要
针对影响圆柱状型煤燃烧的几个因素利用正交试验法合理安排试验 ,减少了试验次数 ,并找到了对型煤燃烧影响明显的显著性因子。试验表明 ,成型压力是影响圆柱状型煤燃烧失重率的最显著因素 ,压力的变化可以造成燃烧失重率的很大变化。粘结剂含量的增加虽然会降低型煤的燃烧失重率 ,但其影响并不是很大 ,而除硫剂对燃烧的影响很小 。
In this article experiments are conducted with the orthogonal method to study efficiently how the factors influence the combustion characteristic of cylinder briquette. The result shows that compression strength is one of the most distinct factors that have an important effect on the ratio of losing weight may vary greatly. The ratio of losing weight of cylinder briquette with high content of the bender is a litter low. And the content of sulfur capture has little effect on the combustion performance.
