交通警察付出-回报失衡与工作满意度的关系:心理资本的中介作用 被引量:2

Study on Relationship between Effort-reward Imbalance and Job Satisfaction among Traffic Policemen:the Mediation Role of Psychological Capital

摘要 了解交通警察的工作满意度情况,探讨心理资本在付出-回报失衡与工作满意度关系中的中介作用。2014年8月至2014年11月,采用分层随机抽样的方法对沈阳市交通警察进行问卷调查,调查量表包括付出-回报失衡问卷(ERI-Q)、明尼苏达满意度问卷(MSQ)和心理资本问卷(PCQ)。结果显示沈阳市交通警察的工作满意度平均得分为(60.33±12.24)分,付出回报失衡对工作满意度解释变异量为16.00%,心理资本的中介作用对工作满意度解释变异量为22.00%。付出-回报失衡与心理资本、工作满意度显著相关,心理资本在付出回报比和工作满意度的关系中起到了部分中介作用。
