肠造口医院-社区-家庭护理模式59例效果观察

Observation on the effect of hospital- community- family nursing model in nursing care of 59 patients with enterostomy

目的:探讨肠造口医院-社区-家庭护理模式的应用方法及效果。方法:将119例肠造口患者随机分为干预组59例和对照组60例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施肠造口医院-社区-家庭护理模式。比较两组自我管理评分及造口并发症发生率。结果:干预组自我管理评分高于对照组(P<0.05),造口并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肠造口医院-社区-家庭护理模式可以提高肠造口患者的自我管理能力,降低造口并发症发生率。

Objective ：To explore the application method and effect of the hospital - community - family nursing model in nursing care of patients with enterostomy. Methods ：119 patients who underwent enterostomy were randomly divided into the intervention group { n = 59 ） and the control group（n = 60 ）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the hospital - community - family nursing model was additionally implemented in the intervention group. The self - management score and the incidence of complications of enterosto- my were compared between the two groups. Results ~ The self - management score of the patients was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the incidence of complications of enterostomy was lower in the intervention group than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： The hospital - community - family nursing model can improve the self - management ability and reduce the incidence of complications of enterostomy.
