手术护理路径配合模式在腹腔镜下疝修补手术患者中的应用

Application of surgical nursing path in patients with laparoscopic hernia repair surgery

目的:探讨手术护理路径配合模式在腹腔镜下疝修补手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将85例行腹腔镜下疝修补手术患者随机分为观察组43例和对照组42例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施手术护理路径配合模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者对治疗过程满意率、术后并发症发生情况、术中不良事件发生情况及住院时间、慢性剧痛消失时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术护理路径配合模式可提高腹腔镜下疝修补术患者满意率,减少术后并发症及术中不良事件,促进患者康复。

Objective：To explore the effect of applying surgical nursing path in patients with laparoscopic hernia repair surgery. Meth- ods ：85 patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair surgery were randomly divided.into the observation group （n = 43} and the control group { n = 42 }. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care ; the surgical nursing path was implemented in the obser- vation group. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results：There were statistically significant differences in the com- parison of the satisfaction rate of the patients ~ the incidence of postoperative complications and intraoperative adverse events ,length of hos- pital stay, disappearence time of chronic sharp pain between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Application of surgical nursing path can improve the satisfaction rate of patients with laparoscopic hernia repair surgery, reduce postoperative complications and adverse events and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
