预见性护理在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者中的应用

Application of predictive nursing care in patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer

目的:探讨预见性护理在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者中的临床应用效果。方法:将80例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组患者实行传统的护理方法;观察组患者手术全期实行预见性护理,加强手术室专科护士培训,使其对腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术患者可能出现的所有并发症及手术过程中的仪器、器械、特殊物品的应用情况进行准确预测,并能采取相应的护理干预措施。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症、手术医生及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者手术时间、手术出血量、手术并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度及手术医生满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理增加了患者的满意度、手术医生的满意度,缩短了手术时间,减少了出血量,降低了手术并发症,是手术室整体护理的升华,是手术室优质护理服务的完美体现。

Objective：To investigate the effect of predictive nursing care in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods ：80 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （40 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the predictive nursing care was implemented in the observation group in the whole perioperative period. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, operation complications and the satisfaction rate of surgical doctors and patients were compared between the two groups. Results ： The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and operation complication was significantly shorter and less in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; the satisfaction rate of patients and the surgical doctors was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The predictive nursing care can improve the satisfaction rate of patients and the surgical doctors, shorten the oper- ation time, reduce the bleeding volume and the operation complication.
