摘要
目的:探讨情景式健康教育在髋关节置换术(THR)患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:选取2013年1~12月行THR的髋部病变患者100例作为对照组,选取2014年1~12月行THR的髋部病变患者108例作为观察组,对照组采用常规健康教育模式对THR后患者进行下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)预防教育,观察组采用情景式健康教育对患者进行DVT预防教育,比较两组健康教育效果。结果:观察组患者DVT发生率低于对照组(P〈0.05),健康教育满意度及健康教育知识知晓度高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:情景式健康教育可以有效预防THR后患者DVT,提高患者健康教育满意度及健康教育知识知晓度。
Objective:To explore the application method of situational health education in patients with total hip replacement {THR) surgery and investigate its effect. Methods : 100 patients who received THR surgery from Jan. to Dec. 2013 were selected and taken as the control group and other 108 patients from Jan. to Dec. 2014 were taken as the observation group. The patients in the control group were giv- en conventional health education on prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity { DVT} and the patients in the observation group were provided the situational health education on prevention of postoperative DVT. The effect of health education was compared between the two groups. Results :The incidence of DVT was lower in the observation group than that in the control group{ P 〈 0. 05 } ; the satisfaction rate of health education and awareness rate of health knowledge was higher in the observation group than the control group { P 〈 0.05 }. Conclusion : The situational health education can effectively prevent the incidence of DVT after THR surgery and improve patient's satisfaction with health education and awareness rate of health knowledge.
