骨水泥联合螺钉修复全膝关节置换术中胫骨平台内侧骨缺损 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察骨水泥联合螺钉修复全膝关节置换术中胫骨平台内侧骨缺损的临床疗效和安全性。方法:2005年1—3月,采用骨水泥联合螺钉修复全膝关节置换术中胫骨平台内侧骨缺损18例,男7例、女11例。年龄54~78岁,中位数69岁。膝骨关节炎14例,创伤性膝关节炎4例。所有患者膝关节均出现内翻畸形和胫骨平台内侧非包容型骨缺损。术后随访观察膝关节功能、活动度改善情况及并发症发生情况。结果:所有患者均获得随访,随访时间6个月至10年,中位数7年。1例骨水泥螺钉松动,其余患者均未见切口感染、螺钉松动等并发症。术后6个月HSS膝关节评分由术前(41.6±7.4)分升至(92.5±9.6)分,膝关节活动度由术前67.5°±8.1°升至105.2°±7.6°。结论:采用骨水泥联合螺钉修复全膝关节置换术中胫骨平台内侧骨缺损,能够改善膝关节活动度,有利于膝关节功能的恢复,并发症少,是老年患者的理想选择之一。
