Think Tank Capability System Construction in China from Information Perspective

摘要文章在国内外智库研究综述基础上,提出智库影响力就是智库能力的体现,并着重对智库能力体系构成要素进行了阐释,指出了我国智库建设中能力体系建设存在的问题及原因,最后给出了智库能力体系建设途径。 Based on the review of the literature on studies of think tanks, this paper presents that the influence of think tanks is the reflection of abilities of think tanks, and explains the constitute elements of think tanks. The paper also summarizes the existing problems and their causes of our think tanks construction. In the end, the paper gives the ways to build the abilities of think tanks.
