摘要
目的:探讨老年心脏瓣膜钙化与血清骨保护蛋白(Osteoprotegerin,OPG)、非活性基质Gla蛋白(inactive Matrix Gla Protein,ucMGP)水平的关系。方法:选取我院心内科老年患者121例,根据超声心动图检查结果将患者分为A组(主动脉瓣钙化AVC,38例)、B组(二尖瓣钙化MVC,26例)、C组(AVC联合MVC,32例)和对照组(无瓣膜钙化,25例),采用双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)测定血清OPG、ucMGP水平并进行比较,分析血清OPG、ucMGP水平与AVC或MVC形成的关系。结果:A、B、C组血清OPG、ucMGP水平及临床不良事件发生率均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但A、B、C组上述指标之间的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AVC阳性组血清OPG、ucMGP水平明显高于AVC阴性组,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),MVC阳性组血清OPG、ucMGP水平明显高于MVC阴性组,两组比较具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:血清OPG、ucMGP水平在老年心脏瓣膜钙化患者中显著增高,两者具有促进主动脉瓣和二尖瓣钙化形成过程,可作为AVC、MVC的重要诊断指标。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between elderly cardiac valve calcification and serum osteoprotegerin(OPG)and inactive matrix Gla protein(ucMGP).Method:The 121 cases of elderly patients from Cardiology Department of our hospital were selected,according to echocardiography.All were divided into A group(AVC,n=38),B group(MVC,n=26)and C group(AVC+MVC,n=32)and control group(none valvular calcification,n=25).Serum OPG and ucMGP levels were detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and compared among groups.The relationship between AVC/MVC and serum OPG and ucMGP levels was analyzed.Result:Serum OPG,ucMGP levels and adverse clinical events incidence of A,B,C group were significantly higher than control group.It had statistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05),but it had no statistically significant difference between A,B,C group(P〈0.05).Serum OPG and ucMGP levels of AVC positive group were significantly higher than AVC negative group(P〈0.05).Serum OPG and ucMGP levels of MVC positive group were significantly higher than MVC negative group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Serum OPG and ucMGP levels are significantly higher in elderly patients with cardiac valve calcification,which promote the process of aortic and mitral valve calcification.They can be used as an important criterion for AVC,MVC diagnosis.
