The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of ET-1and NO,which can evaluate the degree of endothelia dysfunction and determine whether the levels of plasma biomarkers Leptin and Resistin as well as ET-1and NO were associated with endothelia dysfunction in H-type hypertension patients.In Conclusion,(1)H-type hypertension patients had elevated levels of homocysteine,leptin,resistin and ET-1,while the NO level was low on the contrary.(2)The concentration of ET-1was positively correlated with Hcy,leptin,resistin and MBP.The concentrations of Hcy and resistin as well as the MBP were negatively correlated with NO level.(3)Linear regression analysis indicated that the levels of homocysteine and resistin were independent risk factors for endothelia dysfunction.
