1病例资料患者,男,52岁。因"发作性胸闷、胸痛、气短5年"入院。患者5年前无明显诱因出现胸闷、胸痛、气短,活动时发作,休息后可好转。2年前查超声心动图:先天性心脏病,房间隔缺损(ASD),未治疗。2014年3月外院行冠状动脉(冠脉)造影示:冠脉未见异常。无其他病史。入院体检:BP:120/80mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),T:36.7℃,神志清楚,精神尚可,双肺呼吸音清,心率:80次/min,律齐,
According to data provided by CT,MRI and echocardiography in two-dimensional scan,the patient's heart model can be printed out by 3-dimensional print technology.We can clearly show the size,shape,number,and spatial location of ASD hole as well as surrounding tissue relations,which can be a variety of in vitro occluder attempt.We occluded the case with ASD inferior vena type successfully by 3Dprint technology.
