摘要
通过试验研究不同再生骨料取代率(0%,30%,50%)、橡胶掺量(0%,5%,10%,15%)及纳米SiO_2掺量(0%,1.5%,3%,5%)对橡胶再生混凝土力学性能的影响.结果表明,再生骨料取代率及橡胶掺量的增加弱化了水泥基体与骨料之间的黏结,制约着橡胶再生混凝土抗压及抗拉强度的发展,纳米SiO_2的掺入可以显著改善橡胶再生混凝土微观结构,显著提升橡胶再生混凝土的力学性能.从而证实,掺加纳米SiO_2是改善橡胶再生混凝土力学性能的有效可行途径.
Through the experimental study,effects of different replacement ratios of recycled aggregate(0%,30%,50%),rubber(0%,5%,10%,15%)and nano SiO_2(0%,1.5%,3%,5%)on the mechanical properties of rubber-recycled concrete were conducted.The test results show that,the increase of replacement ratio of recycled aggregate and rubber reduces the bond behavior between cement paste and aggregates,thus showing adverse effects on the compressive and tensile strengths of rubber-recycled concrete.The incorporation of nano SiO_2 amazingly improved the microstructure of rubber-recycled concrete,and the mechanical properties of rubber-recycled concrete are significantly improved.The results confirmed that adding nano SiO_2 is feasible and effective way to improve the mechanical properties of rubber recycled concrete.
