Aquatic Products Quality and Safety Status and Safety System Construction in Yibin City

构建水产品质量安全控制体系是从源头上规范养殖行为,降低水产品质量安全风险,提高水产品质量安全的首要任务。调查了宜宾市水产品质量安全现状,针对水产品生产和流通的特点,着力构建起水产养殖投入品管理、水产品上市许可、水产品养殖环境监测、水产品质量安全预警四位一体的水产品质量安全控制体系以推进区域水产品质量安全发展。

The construction of aquatic products quality and safety control system is the primary task of regulating the breeding behavior,reducing the risk of aquatic products quality and safety,improving the quality and safety of aquatic products. The quality and safety status of aquatic products in Yibin City was investigated,according to the characteristics of production and circulation of aquatic products,the aquatic product quality and safety control system which is integrated with aquaculture input management,aquatic products marketing approval,aquaculture environment monitoring,aquatic product quality safety early warning was constructed in order to promote development of aquatic products quality and safety.
