摘要
为提高食品工程自动控制及仪表课程的教学效果,从该课程的教学内容、教学方法和实践教学3个方面入手,探索提高教学质量的途径。旨在使学生通过有限学时的学习,充分了解和掌握自动化基础知识,与食品工业基础相结合,培养既有食品工艺专业背景,又具备自动化专业基本素养的复合型人才。
In order to improve teaching effectiveness of"Automation and Instrumentation for Food Engineering",the proposals of teaching content,teaching method and practical teaching are explored. Make through learning in a limited time,students could understand and master automation knowledge. With the combination of theory and practice for food engineering,students are trained into comprehensive talents with professional background and basic automation knowledge.
