耕地质量等别年度更新评价研究——以湘潭县为例

Research on Annually Renewal Evaluation of Cultivated Land Quality Grade:A Case Study in Xiangtan County

为保持现有耕地质量等别成果现势性,湖南省于2014年开展耕地质量等别年度更新评价工作,形成2013年度耕地质量等别更新评价成果。该研究以湘潭县2013年土地变更调查数据及2010年耕地质量等别补充完善成果为基础,运用Arc GIS软件,对2011～2013年新增、减少的耕地及质量建设耕地做耕地质量等别年度更新评价,形成2013年度湘潭县耕地质量等别年度更新评价成果,并对年度内耕地的数量、质量变化趋势进行分析。结果表明,2013年湘潭县耕地总体质量与2010年基本持平,新增耕地506.68 hm^2,减少耕地273.37 hm^2,质量建设耕地面积10 513.30 hm^2。新增耕地质量等别相对偏低,减少耕地质量比新增耕地质量好,质量建设后耕地质量比建设前有所提升。

For the purpose of maintaining the present situation of existing cultivated land quality grade achievement,Hunan Province carried out the annually renewal evaluation of cultivated land quality grade in 2014,and updated the cultivated land quality grade evaluation achievement system of 2013. Based on the land change survey data of Xiangtan County in 2013 and the complemented results of cultivated land quality grade in 2010,annually renewal evaluation of cultivated land quality grade was conducted with Arc GIS,towards added and reduced cultivated land and quality construction land during 2011- 2013. It updated elevation achievement of Xiangtan County＇s cultivated land quality grade in2013,and analyzed the changing trend on the quantity and quality of cultivated land within the year. The results showed that the overall quality of cultivated land in Xiangtan County in 2013 was flat with 2010,cultivated land increased by 506. 68 hm^2,reduced by 273. 37 hm^2,quality construction cultivated land area was 10 513. 30 hm^2. The new cultivated land quality grade was relatively low,the reduced arable land quality was better than that of new increased land. The quality of cultivated land was improved after quality construction.
