摘要
"互联网+"时代到来,农产品的营销与互联网结合已成为不可避免的趋势。本文利用SWOT分析法,以烟台大樱桃为例,研究烟台大樱桃现有电子商务营销模式发展状况,综合其电商营销过程中的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁因素,提出以"O2O+预售"模式为主的营销策略,以促进烟台大樱桃电商营销的发展。
With the coming of "Internet+", the combination of the agricultural marketing and the Internet has become an inevitable trend. This paper will make a research about E-commerce marketing model of Yantai Cherries through SWOT Analysis. Considering all factors of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in E-commerce marketing, and offering strategies based on"O20+sale" model.The thesis aims to promote the development of E-commerce marketing of Yantai Cherries .
