基于SWOT分析的“饥饿营销”策略探究 被引量：1

摘要 近几年,腾讯公司对全球最火爆的客户端游戏《英雄联盟》强有力的宣传促使其逐渐成为国内网游行业的佼佼者,而"激活码"一码难求,"无限火力"模式限时开放,无疑是饥饿营销的典型做法。本文从剖析饥饿营销的内涵入手,以《英雄联盟》为个案,运用SWOT分析法对腾讯公司的内部优势和劣势以及外部环境所面临的机会和威胁进行全面分析,并提出相关建议,为其他企业更好地运用这一策略提供借鉴。
