中药外湿敷预防静脉炎的疗效观察

Obs ervation on the Efficacy of External Wet Application of Chinese Medicine in Preventing Phlebitis

目的探讨中药湿敷预防化疗引起的药物性静脉炎的临床效果。方法将使用外周静脉进行化疗的患者160例随机分成观察组及对照组各80例,观察组在开始输入化疗药前5 min在穿刺点上方沿静脉走行5 cm处用中药膏湿敷,面积7 cm×7 cm,厚底1 mm,然后用保鲜膜覆盖,用胶布固定。输液完毕1 h后取下。对照组在开始输入化疗药前5 min在相同部位用50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷(3层7 cm×7cm浸透50%硫酸镁溶液的纱布)30 min,8 h后再湿敷30 min。结果观察组在静脉疼痛发生例数、时间及程度上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发生Ⅰ度静脉炎5例(6.25%),Ⅱ度静脉炎2例(2.50%),Ⅲ度静脉炎0例;对照组发生Ⅰ度静脉炎12例(15.00%),Ⅱ度静脉炎6例(7.50%),Ⅲ度静脉炎4例(5.00%)。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组静脉炎患者治疗后疗效比较,观察组总有效率为100.00%,对照组为72.73%,两组比较,差异有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷能有效降低化疗药物引起的静脉炎,同时能减轻患者疼痛。

Objective： To investigate the effect of wet application of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of phlebitis caused by chemotherapy. Methods： 160 cases of peripheral vein patients from June 2014 to April 2015 in chemotherapy,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,80 in each.5 minutes before the injection of chemotherapy drugs,the observation group received wet application of traditional Chinese medicine at 5 cm above the puncture point along the vein,with the area of 7 cm × 7 cm,and heavy-bottomed 1 mm,then covered with plastic wrap,fixed with adhesive tape and removed 1 hour after infusion was completed. 5 minutes before the injection of chemotherapy drugs,the control group at the same place received 50%magnesium sulfate wet solution（3 layer 7 cm × 7cm,soaked gauze 50% magnesium sulfate solution） for 30 minutes,8 hours later another 30 minutes. Incidence of phlebitis were observed. Results： The incidence rate of phlebitis in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P 0.05）,and the observation group had mild pain. Conclusion： External application of TCM can effectively reduce phlebitis caused by chemotherapy drugs,and can reduce the patient′s pain.
