疏肝解郁汤联合耳穴刺激治疗ICU综合征临床观察

Clinical Study on the Effect of Shugan Jieyu Tang Combined with Auricular Points Therapy on ICU Syndrome

目的观察疏肝解郁汤联合耳穴刺激治疗ICU综合征的疗效。方法将60例ICU综合征患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各30例,治疗组予以疏肝解郁汤联合耳穴刺激治疗,对照组给予氟哌啶醇注射液治疗,两组疗程均为5 d。结果两组治疗后NEECHAM意识模糊量(NEECHAM)表评分比较,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.30%(P<0.05)。治疗组无明显不良反应,对照组1例患者出现过敏性皮疹。结论疏肝解郁汤联合耳穴刺激治疗ICU综合征疗效优于氟哌啶醇,无明显不良反应。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shugan Jieyu Tang combined with auricular points therapy for ICU syndrome. Methods： 60 patients with ICU syndrome were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally,and patients in the two groups were administrated with Shugan Jieyu Tang com- bined with auricular points therapy and Haloperidol Injection respectively. The treatment course was 5 days. NEECHAM Confusion Scale and CAM-ICU Scale were adopted to measure the efficacy, and the Treatment Emer- gent Symptom Scale （TESS） was used to observe the side effects. Results： Compared with the control group,the NEECHAM Confusion Scale of patients in treatment group increased obviously after treatment （P〈 0.05）. The to- tal effective rate was 93.33% and 73.33% in the two groups respectively , showing a significant difference （P〈 0.05）. No side effect showed except one patient in the control group with allergic eruption. Conclusion： Shugan lievu Tang combined with auricular points therapy is effective and safe in treating ICU syndrome.
