灸肩髃穴法治疗牙痛临床观察

Moxibustion Jianyu(LI15) Method to Treat 80 Cases with Toothache

目的观察灸肩髃穴法治疗牙痛的效果。方法将80例牙痛患者按随机数字表法分为灸肩髃穴组39例和对照组41例。灸肩髃穴组给予灸肩髃穴法,对照组给予人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊,两组疗程均为7 d。结果灸肩髃穴组和对照组治疗后视觉模拟(VAS)评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。灸肩髃穴组总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的82.93%(P<0.05)。结论灸肩髃穴法治疗牙痛疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the effect of moxibustion Jianyu（LI15） method on treating toothache. Methods： 80 patients with toothache were randomly divided into moxibustion Jianyu（LI15） group and the control group. Moxibustion Jianyu group was given moxibustion Jianyu method,while the control group was given artificial calculus bovis metronidazole capsule. The treatment course was 7 days. Results： there were statistically significant difference in VAS scores between moxibustion Jianyu（LI15） group and the control group after treatment（P 0.05）. The total effective rate of moxibustion Jianyu（LI15） group was 94.87%,higher than that of the control group 82.93%（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion Jianyu（LI15） therapy has a better effect on toothache treatment.
