摘要
皮带机启动时,变频器是在改变交流电频率的基础上实现调速的,因而启动平稳可靠,在煤矿中获得了广泛应用。通过分析变频器工作原理,成功在某矿皮带机实现了变频器变频技术的应用,改善了皮带机的调速功能,减少了电能消耗,降低了生产成本。
When the belt machine starts up, the frequency converter is based on changing the frequency of AC frequency to control the speed, so it can start up stable and reliable, and it is widely used in coal mine. Through the analysis of working principle of inverter, the application of inverter technology in a mine belt conveyor is realized successfully, and the speed control function of the belt conveyor is improved, the power consumption is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
