对稀缺煤种质量管理考核体系的建设和研究

该文对新巨龙选煤厂质量管理考核体系中存在的问题进行分析,主要是生产指标计划下达不科学、技检班组工作不量化、职工质量意识不强,考核体系的不完善造成生产指标计划下达随意、技检员工工作积极性差、产品指标波动大,各班组间协调不畅等问题,经过探索和研究,对管理制度和考核体系进行逐步完善,提高稀缺煤种的洗选效率。

In this paper, the existing problems in the xinjulong coal preparation plant quality management assessment system were analyzed, mainly including the production plan index is unscientific, the technical inspection team work does not quantify, the staff quality consciousness is not strong, and the appraisal system is imperfect ,which caused the production index plan issued rice, the technical inspection staff working enthusiasm is poor, fluctuations in product indicators is large, the coordination between each team is poor and other issues, after several years of exploration and research, on gradually improve the management system and evaluation system, and the scarce coal washing efficiency.
