摘要
为分析某散装水泥运输车的流化性能,运用Fluent软件采用双欧拉二相流模型和Gidaspow曳力模型建立了计算流体动力模型,并对罐体内的流场进行了仿真模拟。床层内水泥的体积分数表明流化床属于"鼓泡床"形式,与设计意图相符。罐内流场的速度分布显示流场处于非均匀流状态,且罐内的水泥颗粒并没有完全流态化。
A gas-particle computational fluid dynamics(CFD) flow model was developed to simulate the flow behavior in a the three-dimensional fluidized bed to evaluate fluidization quality of bulk cement tank truck. The computational model was based on the EULERIAN two-fluid model. In the modeling, the Gidaspow drag coefficient model was applied to coupling force between the gas-solid two phases. Spatial profiles of the fluid volume traction showed that it was a bubbling type fluidized bed. The simulation result predict fluidization bed was rendered into a nonuniform flow state, and the solid particles were not complete fluidizated.
