干髓术在牙髓炎和根尖周炎的临床应用

Mummification pulpitis and Periapical periodontitis of clinical application

目的分析干髓术在治疗牙髓炎和根尖周炎的疗效。方法选取2012年3月～2014年3月监狱门诊口腔科收治的病犯175例，牙髓炎采用失活剂治疗，根尖周炎采用消炎药物消毒根管，待疼痛症状消失后，采用干髓术做空管治疗，最后观察疗效。结果干髓术对牙髓炎的效果明显好于根尖周炎，根尖周炎的近期病发率较高，通过采取不同的根管换药，根尖周炎的病发率大大减少。结论干髓术对根尖周炎的疗效与干髓术对牙髓炎的疗效基本一致。
