摘要
目的以食物色素染色模型为基础,对一种浸泡式义齿清洁剂去除染色的效果进行量化评估。方法本研究采用聚甲基丙烯酸树脂片模拟义齿表面,将同样规格的40个热凝树脂基托试件浸泡在由咖啡、绿茶、酱油组成的混合液中,恒温箱避光(37℃)保存4周,每周更换浸泡液1次。去除表面没牢固粘附的色素,自然干燥。将上述样本随机分成2组分别浸泡在Polident义齿清洁剂蒸馏水(对照组)中4 h,色差仪对热凝树脂基托在着色前后、清洁后进行色度值的测量(L*值、a*值、b*值),并计算试件间色差。结果两组的b*值以及总色差(color difference,ΔE)比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。Polident义齿清洁剂可显著清除色素。结论 Polident义齿清洁剂能清除有咖啡、绿茶等色素引起的义齿着色。
Objective To evaluate cleaning efficacy of a denture cleansers on removing an optimized invitro combination food stain model. Methods This research adopts the methyl acrylic acid resin simulated denture surface,will be the same specifications of 20 thermosetting resin underpinning specimens soaked in the mixture of coffee,green tea, soy sauce, the constant temperature of box(37℃) away from light for 4 weeks,replace the soaking liquid once a week. Remove surface not strong adhesion of pigment,natural drying. The above samples were randomly divided into two groups,were soaked in Polident denture cleanser distilled water(control group)in 4 hours.The stains on each set of slides were qualitatively assessed and analyzed quantitatively for color by a colorimeter. Results Results indicated significant differences between the control and treatment groups for all the color parameter and total color change(AE)(P〈0.05).The Polident denture cleanser tablets cleanly demonstrated superior ability for stain removal. Conclusion Polident denture cleanser tablets are effective in removing a combination food stain that pose a major concern to denture wearers.
