摘要
结合我国造价管理的模式,从决策、设计、招投标、实施四个阶段,阐述了建设工程造价控制的措施,并总结了各个阶段应该注意的要点,指出造价控制是确保工程质量与进度的关键,在项目建设过程中应充分重视,提高工程效益。
Combining with the model for the cost management in China,the paper illustrates the measures for the engineering cost control from the decision-making,design,bidding,and implementation,and points out the cost control is the key to ensure the engineering quality and progress by summing up the points at different phases,so as to attach importance to the cost and improve the engineering efficiency.
