摘要
介绍了节约集约用地制度的内涵和政策文件,分析了我国现阶段推进节约集约用地制度存在的问题,从推进专项立法、强化土地利用规划作用、健全标准体系等方面,提出了生态文明视野下完善节约集约用地制度的措施,有利于实现土地资源的可持续利用。
The paper introduces the connotation and policy documents for the optimal and intensive land use system,analyzes its problems currently,and points out the measures to improve the land use system from the specified legislation,improvement of the land use planning,and the promotion of the standardized system,so as to realize the sustainable use of the land resources.
