摘要
目的:研究臭氧水冲洗对大鼠铜绿假单胞菌感染创面愈合的促进作用。方法:选择Wistar雄性大鼠作为实验动物,随机分为对照组、洗必泰组、臭氧水组,制作铜绿假单胞菌感染创面后分别用生理盐水、洗必泰、臭氧水清洗创面;观察三组创面愈合情况,采集创面组织并检测炎症因子、凋亡分子、自噬标志分子的含量。结果:洗必泰组和臭氧水组创面愈合率均高于对照组、创面愈合时间均短于对照组,臭氧水组大鼠的创面愈合率高于洗必泰组、创面愈合时间短于洗必泰组;洗必泰组和臭氧水组创面组织中TNF-α、IL-1、IL-2、Fas、FasL、Beclin-1含量以及LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ比值均低于对照组,臭氧水组创面组织中TNF-α、IL-1、IL-2、Fas、FasL、Beclin-1含量以及LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ比值均低于洗必泰组。结论:相比生理盐水和洗必泰,臭氧水冲洗有助于促进大鼠铜绿假单胞菌感染创面愈合,提高创面愈合率、缩短创面愈合时间,同时能够抑制创面内细胞的凋亡和自噬。
Objective.. To study the promoting effects of ozone water rinse on wound healing in rats with Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. Methods: Wistar male rats were selected as experimental animals and randomly divided into control group, chlorhexidine group and ozone water group, Pseudomonas aeruginosa-infected wounds were established and cleaned with normal saline, chlorhexidine and ozone water respectively; would healing of three groups was observed, wound tissue was collected and contents of inflammatory factors, apoptosis molecules and autophagy markers were detected. Results: Wound healing rates of ehlorhexidine group and ozone water group were higher than that of control group and wound healing time was shorter than that of control group, wound healing rate of ozone water group was higher than that of ehlorhexidine group and wound healing time was shorter than that of chlorhexidine group; TNF-α, IL-1, IL-2, Fas, FasL and Beclin-1 contents and LC3Ⅱ/LC3I ratios in wound tissue of chlorhexidine group and ozone water group were lower than those of control group, and TNF-α, IL-1, IL-2, Fas, FasL and Beclin-1 contents and LC3Ⅱ/LC3I ratios in wound tissue of ozone water group were lower than those of chlorhexidine group. Conclusion: Compared with normal saline and chlorhexidine, ozone water rinse helps to pro-mote wound healing, improve wound healing rate and shorten wound healing time in rats with Pseudomonas aeruginosa infec- tion, and meanwhile it can inhibit cell apoptosis and autophagy in the wounds.
