香菊胶囊对变应性鼻炎患者IgE、IL-4、IL-8及EOS的影响

Influcence of Xiangju capsule on the levels of IgE,IL-4,IL-8,and EOS in patients with allergic rhinitis

目的：探讨香菊胶囊对变应性鼻炎（AR）患者血清免疫球蛋白E（IgE）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）水平及鼻腔分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）计数的影响。方法：选取2014年10月～2015年10月来我院就诊的70例AR患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组；对照组口服盐酸左西替利嗪片5mg／次，1次／d，布地奈德鼻喷剂1～2喷／次，2次／d喷鼻，观察组在对照组基础上口服香菊胶囊3粒／次，3次／d，两组均连续用药4周；观察治疗前后血清IgE、IL-4、IL8水平及EOS计数。结果：治疗后两组血清IgE、IL-4、IL-8水平及鼻腔分泌物EOS计数明显下降，观察组优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：香菊胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪及布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗AR，能够显著改善血清中IgE、IL-4、IL-8水平，从而改善机体细胞免疫状态，降低鼻腔分泌物EOS计数，达到有效的治疗效果，香菊胶囊服用方便，毒副作用低，可作为治疗AR的临床用药。

Objective： To investigate the influence of Xiangju capsule on levels of IgE, IL-4, IL-8, and EOS in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods： A total of 70 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital from October, 2014 to October, 2015 were included and randomized into observation group and the control group. The control group was given le- vocetirizine hydrochloride tablets, 5 mg/time, 1 time/d, budesonide nasal spray, 1-2 spray/time, 2 times/d. Based on this treatment, patients in the observation group were also given Xiangju capsule, 3 capsules/time, 3 times/d. Both groups were given 4 continuous weeks treatment. Levels of serum IgE, IL-4, and IL-8, and EOS counts were observed and compared be- fore and after treatment. Results： After treatment, levels of serum IgE, IL-4, IL-8 and EOS in the two groups were signifi- cantly reduced, and the reduce was more obvious in the observation group which was significantly superior to that in the control group （P all 〈0.05）. Conclusions： Xiangju capsule combined with ievocetirizine hydrochloride and budesonide nasal spray can significantly improve the levels of serum IgE, IL-4, and IL-8 indicating it improves the cellular immune status, reduces EOScount showing good therapeutic effects on allergic rhinitis.
