乳腺癌中转录因子Twist表达及生物学效应的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 Twist基因所编码的蛋白是一种碱性螺旋-环-螺旋(basichelix-loop-helix)类型的转录因子,不仅在胚胎发育过程中发挥了重要作用,还参与了恶性肿瘤的发生和发展。乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,临床上主要进行手术切除、放疗、靶向治疗、内分泌治疗等综合治疗,对患者的预后具有显著的改善效果。
