The Concept of Green Development Helps Promote Jiangxi's Green Rising

党的十八届五中全会提出实现"十三五"时期发展目标,破解发展难题,厚植发展优势,必须牢固树立创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,坚持绿色发展理念,引领中国走向永续发展、文明发展新道路。生态环境已成为中国全面建成小康社会进程中的短板,党和国家历来高度重视生态问题,绿色发展理念标志着我们党对经济社会发展规律的认识达到一个新高度。本文从生态建设和环境保护的视角解读绿色发展理念,提出江西面对资源约束趋紧、环境污染严重、生态系统退化的严峻形势,必须树立绿色发展理念,把生态文明建设放在突出地位,融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程,加快绿色崛起步伐。

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward that we should firmly es- tablish the concepts of innovation, coordination, green development, opening up and sharing in order to achieve the development goals of the 13th Five-Year Plan, solve development problems and keep development advantages. We should adhere to the concept of green development,leading China to the new road of sustainable and civilized development. The eco-environment has become a weak link in China＇s process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Our party and state have always attached great importance to ecological problems. The concept of green development indicates that our party＇s understanding of the taws of economic and social development comes to a newer and higher level. This paper interprets the concept of green development from the perspectives of ecological construction and environmental protection, proposing that when faced with the severe situation of the tightening resource constraints, serious environmental pollution and ecological system degradation. Jiangxi province should establish the concept of green development, give high priority to ecological civilization construction and incorporate it ~nto all aspects and the whole process of economic, political, cultural and social construction so as to speed up the pace of green rising.
