近年来井冈山地区已通过设立自然保护区、整合管理体制、搬迁行政中心、发展生态产业等措施,形成了生态文明先行示范区建设的三大基础条件或优势,因而完全可以借助"以绿色发展理念统领生态文明建设"等战略举措和"用科学破解生物多样性保护和经济快速发展之间的两难悖论,实现经济发展和生态文明建设双赢"等创新先行尝试,率先打造一个人与自然和谐共生的县域性生态文明样板。

Jinggangshan Mountain area has gained its advantages of constructing ecological civilization pilot demonstration area by establishing nature reserves, integrating administrative system, relocating administration center and developing ecological industry. Therefore, it can take the lead in setting up a prefectural ecological civilization model where man and nature live harmoniously with the strategic move of ＂guiding ecological civilization construction with green development concept＂ and the innovation idea of ＂relying on science to break the dilemma of bio-diversity protection and rapidly developed economy, reahzing-a win-win development of economy and ecology＂.
