俄罗斯地区环境保护问题研究——以沃洛格达州为案例

Issues of Environmental Protection in the Russian Regions:A Case Study of the Vologda Oblast

摘要本文通过分析人类活动对沃洛格达州环境产生负面影响的关键指标,指出该地区作为大工业中心其环境严重退化的问题未能引起重视,并提出一些能够提高环保有效性的基本措施。 The article analyzes the key indicators of negative anthropogenic impact on the environment in the Vologda Oblast. It shows that the critical degradation of the environment is not observed in the region despite activities of the industrial complex and proposes the basic measures to improve the effectiveness of its protection.
