温州市精准扶贫实施现状及对策研究

The Status of Accurate Poverty Alleviation and Its Countermeasure Reasearch in WenZhou

本文明晰了精准扶贫的内涵要义，分析温州扶贫的对象数量和致贫原因，在此基础上提出温州精准扶贫八大对策建议：精准识别贫困户、扩大社会保障兜底的范围、培育产业建立强支撑点、建立教育培训体系、实施异地搬迁工程、实施金融扶贫、社会参与形成合力、实施民生工程等。

This paper firstly clarifies the meaning of the accurate poverty alleviation.Then, the causes of poverty and poverty alleviation object scale in Wenzhou are analysed.On the basis of this, this paper put forward eight countermeasures and suggestions,such as Accurate recognition of poor households, expanding the scope of social security fallback, cultivating industry to establish a strong support, establishing education and training system, implementation of the relocation project, the implementation of Pro poor financial, social participation, the implementation of livelihood projects and so on.
