摘要
教育均衡发展是我国教育领域综合改革的攻坚方向和重点举措。2000年以来我国教育均衡发展的治理路径逐渐从硬件资源的投入转向教育管理的绩效追求,从实现普及转向了教育内部的提高与优化,教育均衡发展的终极目标是还原教育本质回归人的世界,教育的价值就是促使每个人都获得增长的价值和存在的意义。
The balanced development of education is the crucial direction and key initiatives of the comprehensive reform in educational field in our country. Since 2000, the governance path of balanced development of education in our country gradually inputs from the hardware resources to the pursuit of educational management performance, from the popularity to improvement and optimization of the internal education. The ultimate goal of balanced development of education is to restore the essence of education and return to the human world, while the value of education is to promote everyone to have got the value of growth and the existence significance.
