针刀松解治疗颈源性头痛28例体会

Acupotomology Debonding Treatment on Cervicogenic Headache:28 Cases Study

目的:反映头痛病中颈源性头痛占头痛病相当的比例,应引起重视,探索用针刀进行治疗的可行性和必要性。方法:用针刀松解受卡压的颈枕部皮神经,主要针对枕大神经、枕小神经、耳大神经等。依据科学准确的定位用针刀进行松解减压。结果:针刀松解治疗效果明显、可靠。结论:颈源性头痛易被误诊,只要掌握该病的诊断方法容易确诊,且用针刀治疗效果可靠。

Objective：To reveal the propotion of cervicogenic headache among the causes of Headache, to shows the significant of suchpercentage and to research on the feasibility and necessity of acupotomology treatment. Methods：Practiceacupotornologydebonding on suppressedcutaneous nerve of neck, mainly aim at great occipital nerve,.lesser occipital nerve and great auricular nerve etc. Applying acupotomology to debond and release pressure with precise positioning.Results ：Acupotomologydebonding treatment is effective and reliable.Conclusions：Cervicogenic headache may easily be misdiagnosed. If master the diagnosis method of Cervicogenic headache, such disease will be easily diagnosed. Acupotomology treatment is effective and reliable.
