摘要
目的:通过两种教学方法在医学教学中的比较研究,方便大家更清楚地认识到两种教学方法的优缺点,探索最科学合理的教学方法,以进一步提高教学质量。方法:选取本校2014、2013年级不同专业共12个班级,随机分为2组,A组班级全部课程均使用多媒体教学,B组班级全部课程使用传统教学,两组班级各课程均为同一名教师授课,比较A组与B组班级学生在考试成绩均分、考试不及格率、学习兴趣、课堂到课率、知识面拓展、课堂总体收获等方面的差异,分析两种教学方法的优劣。结果:在考试成绩均分、知识面拓展方面A组优于B组(p<0.05),在考试不及格率、学习兴趣、课堂到课率、课堂总体收获方面两组没有差异。结论:多媒体教学与传统教学各有优缺点,两者结合使用可以显著提高教学效果。
Objective Trough the comparison of the two teaching methods used in medical teaching on the side of students,advantages and disadvantages of each of them could be clearly brought forth for exploring relatively scientific teaching method with the hope of improving the teaching quality further. Method 12 classes of grade 2014 and 2013 in different departments of Hubei College of Chinese Medicine was randomly divided into A and B groups. The teaching of multimedia in class A. B group class all the courses using traditional teaching. With the same teacher but the different teaching methods in all courses, average score, failure rate, learning interest, class attendance rate,knowledge exploration and learning effects were compared and then advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were analyzed. Results The points of average score and knowledge exploration in group A were higher than those in group B (P〈 0.05). But there was not apparent difference in failure rate,learning interest,class attendance rate, learning effect in the two groups. Conclusion Since there are advantages and disadvantages in each of them, combination of the two methods would be good for improving the teaching effects.
