Key Technology of Treating Coastal Saline Soft Foundation by Industrial Waste Two-way T-shaped Mixing Pile

摘要 为充分利用工业废渣,降低滨海盐渍软基处治成本,提高处治效果,针对滨海盐渍软基不同于一般软基的特性,从物理改良和化学固化两个方面进行处治研究,研发了工业废渣双向钉形搅拌桩物理/化学联合处治滨海盐渍软基技术,同时阐述了施工工艺流程和质量控制。工程实践证明,工业废渣双向钉形搅拌桩处治滨海盐渍软基关键技术工艺先进,有利环保,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,适用于滨海地区公路与城市道路盐渍软基加固处治与病害整治施工。 In order to make full use of industrial waste, reduce the cost of treating saline soft foundation, improve the treatment effect, concerning that the characteristics of saline soft foundation is different from the general soft foundation, the research is made from physical and chemical aspects, the key technology of physical and chemical treating coastal saline soft foundation by industrial waste two-way T-shaped mixing piles is developed, and in the meantime the process flow and the quality control are described. The practice shows that the key technology is advanced, environmental friendly, with good economic and social benefits, and is suitable for the reinforcement and treatment for diseases of highway and city road saline soft foundation in coastal area.
