摘要
通过表面活性剂技术和泡沫沥青法实现沥青混合料的温拌化,采用变温击实马歇尔试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验,分析温拌沥青混合料的可压实性及路用性能,并应用于实体工程。结果表明:同等条件下,温拌沥青混合料与热拌料相比压实性能提高;且经室内外试验,温拌沥青混合料的路用性能满足规范要求,部分性能优于热拌沥青混合料。
Warm mix asphalt is achieved by surfactant additives and foam asphalt, and its compatibility and road performance are tested by the variable temperature compaction Marshall test and rutting test, low-temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test. It has been applied to real project practice. The results show that under the same conditions, compared with hot mix material compaction performance, the warm mix asphalt mixture are improved, and through indoor and outdoor tests the warm mix asphalt mixture of road performance meet the specification requirements, and part of the performance is better than that of hot mix asphalt mixture.
