摘要
利用全国公路交通气象监测网观测资料,分析了2014年超强台风“威马逊”(编号1409)对影响范围内道路及其交通产生的影响,“威马逊”致使道路大面积积水、洪水、泥石流等地质灾害以及大风造成交通阻断。“威马逊”对海南省的影响最为严重,海南环线高速公路(G98)的龙桥高速观测站小时极大风速达到了41.8m/s;海南省有74.2%的交通沿线气象观测站过程累积雨量超过了100mm,超过400mm的观测站也达到了6.5%,琼山站18日-19日累积降雨量高达507.2mm。“威马逊”对广东、广西道路的影响主要是道路积水及强风导致的树木折伏造成的交通阻断,而云南和贵州等地区的则是“威马逊”强降雨引发的洪水、泥石流等次生地质灾害造成道路交通阻断。“威马逊”影响期间的道路交通气象预报取得了一定成效。
The impact on road traffic of landing super-typhoon Rammasun in 2014 is studied by using the observation data of national traffic meteorological monitoring network. Traffic blocks are caused by geologic hazards, such as widespread water, flood and debris flow, and gale of the typhoon. Hainan being the most severely affected province, the extreme wind speed per hour from traffic meteorological observing station of Long- qiao along Hainan Ring Highway (G98) reached 41.8m/s. The process accumulated precipitation of 74.2% of traffic meteorological observing stations along highways in Hainan were more than 100mm, and 6.5% of observe station recorded the volume surpassing 400 mm. Furthermore the accumulated precipitation of Qiong-shan traffic meteorological observing station was up to 507.2 mm from 18th to 19th of that month. While traffic blocks were caused by surface water and broken trees cut by storm in Guangdong and Guangxi Province, which were caused by geologic hazards including flood and debris flow triggered by heavy rainfall. Some certain achievements are made in the traffic meteorological forecast during the typhoon.
