基于雪顿节出行的拉萨市公共交通组织研究

Research on the Public Transport Organization during Shoton Festival in Lhasa

西藏民族宗教节日——雪顿节以浓郁的藏地风情和神秘的宗教氛围吸引着国内外的游客与区内外的朝圣者,客流的骤增使得公共交通资源本来就稀缺的拉萨市运能严重不足。从分析民族宗教节日——雪顿节期间公众出行的特征入手,选取朝圣人群作为特定的研究对象,结合拉萨现有的公共交通运营现状,对影响雪顿节期间公共交通组织的因素进行了分析判定,进而在兼顾公众日常出行行为前提下,从制定节日公交专线、利用传统转经道分流、整合社会资源开展联合运输这三个方面对雪顿节期间的公共交通进行组织,重点保障朝圣人群的出行需求,进一步维护民族宗教节日期间社会的稳定。

Shoton Festival, a typical religious festival in Tibet, attracts a large amount of tourists home and abroad with its rich Tibetan features and mysterious religious atmosphere. During the festival, there is usually a sharp rise in passenger traffic, which brings a lot trouble to the transport capacity in Lhasa. With the pilgrims as the specific object of the study, this paper tries to analyze the characteristics of public transport during the Shoton Festival, and identify the determinants that tend to affect the public transport organization. To maintain the daily travel as well as the surge in traffic during the Shoton Festival, it is better to integrate social resources to get a variety of transportation, and especially set a special bus line, with the some original bypass to disperse the crowd, making it easier for the pilgrim to travel thus safeguarding the social stability.
