摘要
阐述了高速公路应急救援调度模式,选取了高速公路路径里程作为静态路况属性指标,并依托高速公路联网收费数据,以救援所处时段内的实时路况作为动态路况属性指标,对其无量纲化处理,运用层次分析法对路况属性加权,得到了相应的路况属性值,并通过实例分析验证了路径选择方法的可行性。结果表明:良好的救援路径应具备行驶里程短,动态路况影响小的特点。
In the paper the freeway emergency scheduling model is discussed, the mileage of freeway route is selected as the static road attributes of freeway, furthermore based on the freeway network toll data, it regards real-time traffic condition as dynamic road attributes. Then analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to get road attributes weights, thereafter an example is given to prove the feasibility of selection method. The result shows that a better freeway emergency rescue route should include characteristics of short mileage and small dynamic road attributes.
