摘要 综合国内外最新研究成果对橡胶沥青及混合料低温性能展开了全面地分析,介绍了废旧轮胎橡胶粉改性沥青机理,从低温脆点角度分析了其低温阻裂机理,综述了胶粉来源、掺量、目数等因素对橡胶沥青低温性能的影响,以及目前国内外研究者对于橡胶沥青结合料和混合料的低温评价手段、理论分析方法。介绍了以胶粉表面活性技术、添加外掺剂等对低温性能的改善措施,并进行了优缺点分析。综合对比认为,掺加环烷油较其他改善措施有更好的效果,且无需多余工序,具有更好的实用价值,但对于橡胶沥青及其混合料低温性能的改善方法还值得研究。这不仅能对橡胶轮胎进行合适的再生利用,更对解决我国北方低温地区沥青混凝土路面低温开裂病害起到了重要的现实意义。 Based on the recent research results of the low-temperature performance of rubber asphalt and mixture both in China and abroad, in this paper the mechanism of crumb rubber modified asphalt is introduced, and the mechanism of its low temperature crack resistance is analyzed from the perspective of low-temperature brittle point. It summarizes the influence of rubber source, proportion, particle size and other factors on the low-temperature performance of rubber asphalt. It also summarizes the evaluation methodologies and theoretically analytical methods for asphalt rubber and mixture in low-temperature, and introduces some measures to improve the low temperature performance, such as rubber powder surfactant technology and using additives, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages at the same time. According to the compared views, adding naphthenic oil has better results than other measures, and needs no extra processing, it has a better practical value. But the way to improve the low-temperature performance of rubber asphalt and mixture needs to be studied more. This is not only suitable for rubber tires recycling, but also having an important practical significance to solve the cracked diseases of asphalt pavement in the low-temperature region of northern China.
