电离子联合光动力疗法治疗面部鳞状细胞癌2例

Electro-ionization combined with photodynamic therapy for the elderly face squamous cell carcinomas:2 cases report

报告2例电离子联合光动力疗法(PDT)治疗面部鳞状细胞癌(SCC)。例1.女,80岁。左侧额部肿块反复破溃、结痂伴异味3年。皮损组织病理检查示表皮角化不全,真皮可见大小不等肿瘤细胞团块,有不典型核分裂象和肿瘤巨细胞,真皮浅层淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:SCC。予电离子切除肿瘤后,先后2次(间隔7 d)行PDT治疗。治疗后面部皮损痊愈,无瘢痕遗留。例2.女,78岁。因左侧额部肿块反复破溃、出血2年。皮损组织病理检查:表皮角化不全,真皮肿瘤细胞呈巢状分布,血管周围可见淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:SCC。予电离子切除肿瘤后,先后5次(间隔7 d)行PDT治疗。治疗后皮损愈合,仅遗留浅表瘢痕。

Two cases of face squamous cell carcinomas（SCC） treated by electro-ionization with photodynamic therapy（PDT） are reported. Case 1： A 80-year-old female presented with recurrent ulcerated lump on the left frontal with scabby stench for 3 years. Histopathological examination revealed parakeratosis in the epidermis, tumor ceils＇ clumps of different sizes in the dermis with atypical karyokinesis and tumor giant ceils and lymphocytes infiltration in the superficial dermis. After cutting the tumor by electro-ionization therapy, the PDT was performed for 2 times（interval of 7 days）. Curing disease completely without scar. Case 2： A 78-year-old female presented with recurrent ulcerated lump on the left frontal with bleeding for 2 years. Histopathological examination revealed parakeratosis in the epideimis, tumor cells with nest-like distribution in the dermis and the lym- phocytes infiltration around the blood vessels. After removing the tumor by electro-ionization therapy, the PDT was carried out for 5 times（interval of 7 days）. The lesion healed with a superficial scar. The diagnosis of two cases were SCC.
