膜联蛋白A4在甲状腺乳头状癌组织的表达及意义

Expression of Annexin A4 in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma and its implication

目的探讨膜联蛋白A4（Annexin A4）蛋白及mRNA在甲状腺乳头状癌（PTC）中的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学与反转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）方法检测78例PTC组织、35例结节性甲状腺肿及20例癌旁组织中Annexin A4蛋白和mRNA表达水平，并与临床病理特征进行相关分析。结果Annexin A4蛋白在PTC中的表达明显高于结节性甲状腺肿及癌旁组织，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。Annexin A4 mRNA在PTC中的相对表达量（0．641±0．154）明显高于结节性甲状腺肿（0．266±0．082）及癌旁组织（0．188±0．034），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。Annexin A4蛋白及mRNA表达明显相关，且均与PTC的肿瘤直径、病理学T、N分期明显相关（P〈0．05）。结论Annexin A4的异常表达可能参与了PTC的发生、发展及淋巴结转移过程。

Objective To explore the role of Annexin A4 in papillary thyroid carcinoma （PTC） Methods Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （ RT - PCR） imployed to detect the protein and mRNA expression of Annexin A4 in 78 cases of PTC, 20 cases of non - tumor normal tissues and 35 cases of nodular goiter. Results The immunohistochemistry showed that Annexin A4 protein was increased in PTC as compared with nodular goiter and non - tumor normal tissues （P 〈 0. 05）. Also the relative expression of Annexin A4 mRNA in PTC, nodular goiter and non - tumor normal tissues was 0. 641 ±0. 154, 0. 266 ±0. 082, and 0. 188 ±0. 034, respectively with the difference being significant among three groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of Annexin A4 protein had obvious relation with that of Annexin A4 mRNA in PTC. Both Annexin A4 protein and mRNA were closely associated with tumor size, pT stage and pN stage （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The high - regulated expression of Annexin A4 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of PTC.
