黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育症患者的有效性和安全性分析

The Validity and Safety Analysis of Male Infertility Treated with Huangjingzanyu Capsule

目的分析和探讨黄精赞育胶囊治疗男性不育症患者的有效性和安全性。方法选取我院2012年1月-2013年1月收治的100例男性不育症患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组患者采用五子衍宗丸治疗,观察组患者采用黄精赞育胶囊治疗,对两组不育症男性患者临床治疗效果及不良反应作比较分析。结果观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,治疗后精子密度、精子活力显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗过程中均未发生明显不良反应,安全性高。结论在男性不育症患者治疗中,黄精赞育胶囊临床治疗效果比五子衍宗丸更胜一筹,能明显提高精子活力和成活率,增加精子密度,进而增强睾丸生精能力,提高男性患者生活质量,促进家庭和睦,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To probe into and analyze the validity and safety analysis of male infertility treated with Huangjingzanyu capsule. Methods 100 patients with the male infertility and who accepted treatments in our hospital from January, 2012 to January, 2013 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the digit table method, with 50 patients in each group. In the control group,they were treated with the Wuzi Yanzong pill while in the observation group, they were treated with the Huangjingzanyu capsule. Then, the clinical effect and adverse reactions of two groups of male patients with infertility were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the sperm density and sperm activity after treatment was evidently higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment, and had higher safety.Conclusions In the treatment of patients with male infertility, the clinical therapeutic effect of Huangjingzanyu capsule is better than the Wuziyanzong pill,which can improve the sperm motility and survival rate, increase sperm density, and enhance the sperm quality, improve the life quality of male patients, promote family harmony, thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
