每搏量变异(SVV)对老年脓毒性休克患者容量复苏的临床指导价值研究 被引量:3

The Clinical Value of Stroke Volume Variation(SVV) in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Septic Shock

摘要 目的探讨每搏量变异(SVV)指导机械通气老年脓毒症休克患者容量复苏的临床效果。方法将56例老年脓毒性休克行机械通气患者按照不同治疗方法分为SVV组30例和常规组26例,其中SVV组实施每搏量变异指导,常规组采用中心静脉压进行监测。结果 SVV组复苏时间较常规组短,乳酸、NT-pro BNP较常规组下降(P<0.05),氧合指数较常规组升高(P<0.05)。两组左心功能不全、MODS及病死率差异无统计学意义。SVV组复苏后CO、SV较复苏前改善(P<0.05)。结论在每搏量变异指导下对机械通气老年脓毒症患者进行容量复苏,更为安全、有效。
